When I think of black and white as colors alone I go back to my 20s. Living in NYC and with my best friend Sim dressing up to be cool New Yorkers. Black tights and a simple white or black Gap V-neck T-shirt.. Of course shoes had to match to be black sneakers . Then I go off to another route, again with her visiting any and every JazzClub in the city. From Soho to East Village and some of the good ones in alphabet City. Today when I think of the colors black and white, comes to my mind the very first thing ..
